The Republic Geodetic Authority of the Republic of Serbia decided to digitize its services to handle the volume of citizens’ complaints, questions, support tickets, and requests. I made the main website where citizens can check their case status and whether tax is paid, query a contacts database of lawyers and geodetic companies, send emails via a contact form, use live chat, and schedule an appointment at a local office. I also helped maintain legacy code written in older versions of .NET (backend) and jQuery (frontend).
